LCS uses the latest technology in steam cleaning with the Butler System, a truck-mounted hot water extraction. The Butler System is powered with 500 PSI of high degree water so it cleans and sanitizes. Its high-capacity extraction tank allows our crew to remove the dirty water from your facility and properly dispose of it at our facility.
Some of the features of the Butler System include:
- The power to clean up to 1,200 square feet of carpet per hour with one tank
- Multiple attachments which allow our crew to clean everything from upholstery to draperies
- The ability to even clean up damage caused by floods, allowing for quicker recovery time
LCS uses Butler’s own cleaning agents, which have EPA approval. Green cleaning carpet packages are also available.
