Van Savage comes to LCS Facility Group with over thirty years’ experience in the facilities sector. During his tenure, he has serviced projects that include a wide variety of buildings that house manufacturing operations, multi-tenanted office locations, retail environments and higher education campuses. Clients have ranged from numerous banking facilities over a wide, multi-state geography, to significant individual projects such as lower Manhattan’s World Trade Center.
Van Savage holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Ashford University. With a certification as a Property Maintenance Manager, he also has a future goal to obtain the certification of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Van Savage is also an honorably-discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
As an active volunteer in the community, Van Savage is a long-term donor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Wounded Warriors, and the Utica Rescue Mission. He also currently holds membership to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

In his spare time, Van Savage enjoys playing golf and writing music.
