"You and your crew did an awesome job with the storm over the weekend. I have to tell you I have lived here for about 12 years now and your crew did one of the best jobs cleaning our walks and roadways that I have seen. Again, tonight after driving home, I see your crew working and doing a great job. I hear them working now, ie that’s what reminded me to send this letter.
